Hello and thank you for visiting! We want you to know a little about us. I have been a licensed REALTOR since 1980 and Dale and I have been actively working together in this business since 1998. We are consistently among the top producers for our company. Prior to real estate, Dale was in materials management for a national manufacturing firm where his people skills were evident and his organizational skills were utilized. I spent 17 years in the mortgage lending industry as a loan officer and in other capacities giving me extensive knowledge of the various types of home loan financing. I have also been very involved in the community, spending 3 years on the City of Waco Plan Commission, the last year as Vice-Chairman. I graduated from the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce Leadership Waco program and am a past member of the Leadership Waco Alumni Board of Directors. I have 3 professional designations. I earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation which places me among only 5% of REALTORS nationwide who have earned the designation. I am also a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) and have earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) which shows my commitment to continuing education in order to better serve our clients.
